What I Provide
Adrienne Guirguis is a Certified Specialist in Orofacial Myology since 2018 as well as a Registered, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Adrienne has over 25 years experience assisting and educating families and health care providers both within the hospital and in private practice. She specializes in helping families of infants with tongue ties and other oral restrictions. It is through this work that Adrienne became interested in the field of Orofacial Myology.
Adrienne works with infants, children and adults on issues related to tongue/lip ties and other oral restrictions. She treats children and adults with dysphagia, speech and language disorders, open mouth breathing, tongue thrust, thumb/finger sucking, as well as TMJ pain and dysfunction.
Adrienne welcomes the opportunity to assist in the learning of healthy restoration and maintenance of a normal and harmonious muscular environment.
INITIAL VISIT

A full history and evaluation of the client. We will assess the orofacial structure, discuss your health history, determine a treatment plan that will help restore normal function and allow optimal growth and development to occur. Please plan on spending about 1 hour at this appointment.

TREATMENT VISITS
$75.00
In these visits, we assess the progress being made. We look for change in the orofacial structure, seen through function and measurements. We adjust our plan based on the changes that occur. These visits generally take about 30 minutes.
